Yankees outfielder Jasson Dominguez exited Thursday’s game on a medical cart after crashing into the outfield wall while making a leaping catch in the first inning.

The 23-year-old sprinted back to haul in Brandon Nimmo’s fly ball for Texas, but his head and shoulder slammed into the LED advertising board behind the chain-link fence in left field.

Dominguez remained on the ground for about a minute while trainers assessed him before standing and walking slowly to the cart, drawing applause from the crowd as he was transported for further evaluation.

The Yankees have not yet released an update on Dominguez’s condition.

Even after the hard impact, Dominguez secured the catch for the Yankees’ first out of the inning.
