Scotland manager Steve Clarke has named his 26-player squad for the upcoming World Cup this summer.


The core of the squad features Clarke’s regular players John McGinn, Scott McTominay, Billy Gilmour, and captain Andy Robertson. The Tartan Army will be competing in their first World Cup finals since 1998.


Ross Stewart has been called back into the Scotland squad for the first time since 2022. The Southampton striker earned his recall after impressing during the Saints’ push for promotion to the Premier League.


Veteran goalkeeper Craig Gordon has been included at 43 years old. The squad also features 19-year-old winger Findlay Curtis, who stood out while on loan at Kilmarnock from Rangers.


Scotland will open their World Cup campaign against Haiti on June 14. They then face Morocco on June 19 before meeting Brazil on June 24.
