Detroit Pistons clinch no. 1 seed in East, Oklahoma City Thunder eye top spot in West...

The Oklahoma City Thunder are on fire! They secured the Western Conference top seed and best record in the NBA with a 128-110 win over the Los Angeles Clippers. Chet Holmgren dominated with 30 points and 14 rebounds, while Shai Gilgeous-Alexander added 20 points and 11 assists. This marks the Thunder's seventh straight victory, improving their record to 64-16 with two games left in the regular season.

The Thunder's defense was on point, and they shot an impressive 58% from the field. Isaiah Joe contributed 21 points off the bench, and Jalen Williams added 18 points. With this win, the Thunder have home-court advantage throughout the playoffs.

The Oklahoma City Thunder clinched the top seed in the Western Conference for the third consecutive year, securing home-court advantage throughout the playoffs with the best overall record.

“It's extremely important,” said Holmgren, who added five assists, two steals and four blocked shots. “Just knowing that in the event of a game seven it's always going to be at home. We saw that in the playoffs last year twice, so it's extremely important.

“It's great to see that the hard work has paid off in one way, and now we've got more to do,” Holmgren added.

The San Antonio Spurs are surging! With the Thunder's win, they're locked into the second seed in the Western Conference. They cruised past the Portland Trail Blazers 112-101, despite missing stars Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle.

De'Aaron Fox led the Spurs with 25 points, while Keldon Johnson scored 20 off the bench and rookie Carter Bryant contributed 17. The Spurs' balanced attack was too much for the Trail Blazers.

The Denver Nuggets are solidifying their spot in the West! They beat the Memphis Grizzlies 136-119, with Nikola Jokic putting up an impressive triple-double: 14 points, 16 rebounds, and 10 assists. This is Jokic's 34th triple-double of the season and 198th of his career.

Jokic's performance helped Denver win their 10th straight game, their first double-digit win streak of the season. The Nuggets are looking strong in their title defense.

Jamal Murray led the charge with 26 points, joining eight other Nuggets players who scored in double figures. This solidifies Denver's grip on third place in the West, pushing them further ahead of the injury-hit Los Angeles Lakers.

The Detroit Pistons welcomed back their star guard Cade Cunningham with a bang, defeating the Milwaukee Bucks 137-111. Cunningham, who had been sidelined for 11 games due to a collapsed lung, showed he was still a force to be reckoned with, scoring 13 points and dishing out 10 assists in just under 26 minutes on court.

Jalen Duren led the Pistons with 21 points, and the team had seven players score in double figures, showcasing their depth and strength. The Pistons have clinched the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference and are looking strong for their playoff run.

The Detroit Pistons have secured the top seed in the Eastern Conference, giving them home-court advantage throughout the playoffs. Coach J.B. Bickerstaff is using the opportunity to get key players like Cade Cunningham and Isaiah Stewart back in action, building their fitness ahead of the April 18th playoff start. “There is no way to replicate NBA basketball,” Bickerstaff said.

With Cunningham and Stewart back, the Pistons are looking to fine-tune their game and prepare for the postseason.

Cavs Hold Off Hawks

Donovan Mitchell scored 31 points, Evan Mobley added 22 points and 19 rebounds, and James Harden chipped in 21 points as the Cavaliers held off the Atlanta Hawks 122-116. The Cavs, who notched a fourth straight win, are assured of a top-four seed in the East and are chasing the New York Knicks for third.

The Atlanta Hawks are hanging on to fifth place in the East, but it's a tight squeeze with Toronto just half a game behind. If they slip up, they could find themselves in the play-in tournament, facing teams like Miami, Brooklyn, and Philadelphia for the last two playoff spots.

Nickeil Alexander-Walker scored 25 points, and Jonathan Kuminga added 24 off the bench for Atlanta, but it wasn't enough as they fell short against the Cavs. The Hawks cut an 18-point fourth-quarter deficit to two, but couldn't get the win.

The Orlando Magic are keeping their hopes alive, winning their fourth straight game and beating the Minnesota Timberwolves 132-120.
