| Udinese crush Fiorentina 3-0 |
Udinese bounce back from three straight defeats with a 3-0 thrashing of Fiorentina, thanks to goals from Kabasele, Davis, and a late Soppy strike.
Christian Kabasele's early goal sets tone for Udinese's 3-0 win over Fiorentina in Serie A...
They started strong, taking the lead in just 11 minutes. Christian Kabasele's headed goal, from Nicolò Zaniolo's cross, set the tone for the match.

That was the perfect start for a side who had only scored two first-half goals across their previous six matches.
Their opponents were in no mood to fold without a fight, though, and created a couple of chances for Rolando Mandragora, although he failed to hit the target on each occasion.
Keinan Davis and Zaniolo had chances to extend Udinese's lead, but they couldn't convert. Fiorentina's struggles continued as they hit the woodwork and saw Mandragora miss more chances.
The Viola were frustrated, especially after dominating in their 5-1 win earlier this season.
Paolo Vanoli would have wanted more from his side going into the second half, but Kosta Runjaić’s men - who had lost their three previous outings - continued to impress, with Davis wasting another chance.

The forward would not make the same mistake next time though, coolly doubling his side’s lead with a penalty that he won himself after a foul by Daniele Ruganiiano.
Fiorentina struggled to respond, launching balls into the box but failing to find a target. Cher Ndour and Roberto Piccoli missed key chances, and time ran out for the visitors.

Their two-match winning streak ended, leaving them vulnerable in the standings - outside the relegation zone only on goal difference.
Udinese, on the other hand, made the win even more emphatic through Adam Buksa’s whipped finish from inside the area in injury time, capping off a victory at home for just the second time in six attempts.
