Galatasaray face injury woes with Lang and Osimhen out...
Galatasaray's Noa Lang has undergone surgery on his right thumb after suffering a serious injury during Wednesday's 4-0 Champions League defeat to Liverpool. The 26-year-old midfielder collided with the advertising hoardings, causing a deep cut to his thumb, and was taken off the pitch on a stretcher.
Lang has since provided an update from the hospital, posting on social media that the surgery went well. “Surgery went well! Thanks for all the messages,” he wrote, alongside a photo of himself with hospital staff.
Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen suffered a fracture to his right forearm during the Champions League match against Liverpool. The club has put his arm in a cast and will decide on surgery in the coming days. Osimhen, who scored seven Champions League goals this season, was substituted at halftime due to the injury.
We send our best wishes to our players Victor Osimhen and Noa Lang, who were forced to leave the pitch due to injury.

Liverpool secured a spot in the Champions League quarter-finals with a commanding 4-1 aggregate win over Galatasaray. They dominated the second leg at Anfield, winning 4-0, with goals from Dominik Szoboszlai, Hugo Ekitike, Ryan Gravenberch, and Mohamed Salah.
Salah, despite missing a penalty in the first half, made a strong comeback, scoring his 50th Champions League goal and becoming the first African player to achieve this feat. Liverpool's next challenge is Paris Saint-Germain, the defending champions, in the quarter-finals.
