Sweden's women's curling team maintained their perfect record at the 2026 Winter Olympics, defeating Great Britain 10-7 in the Round Robin competition. The Swedes, led by Anna Hasselborg, built an early lead and held off a spirited British challenge to secure their fifth win in as many games.

Great Britain had started strongly, taking a 2-0 lead after the first end, but Sweden fought back with a three-point score in the second end and another three points in the fourth end to take control. Despite a late British push, Sweden's Hasselborg made a crucial draw in the eighth end to seal the win.

But Sweden showed exactly why they have been the form side in Cortina so far, hitting back with an accurate take-out from skip Anna Hasselborg to take three points in the second end.

Hasselborg then repeated the trick in the fourth, removing the British stone lying one without disturbing the other yellow stones and picking up another three to put Sweden 6-3 up after four ends.

Team GB's Rebecca Morrison struggled with the hammer in the fifth, removing just one Swedish stone from a packed house, leaving Sweden 7-3 up. Sweden extended their lead to 8-3 in the next end, putting pressure on GB.

GB fought back with two points in the seventh, but Sweden's Anna Hasselborg sealed the win with a precise draw in the eighth, putting them 9-5 ahead with two ends to go.

Sweden made a tactical change in the ninth end, substituting Johanna Heldin into the game, but Great Britain's Rebecca Morrison couldn't capitalize, scoring only two points. In the final end, Anna Hasselborg made a masterful shot, clearing the house of two British stones, securing Sweden's 10-8 win.

With this victory, Sweden remains at the top of the standings and will face Switzerland on Monday, bringing them closer to a spot in the semi-finals.
