Rob Havenstein, the longtime right tackle for the Los Angeles Rams, has announced his retirement following an 11-year NFL career. The veteran offensive lineman made the announcement on Tuesday, bringing an end to his time in professional football.

At age 33, Havenstein shared the news of his retirement through a detailed Instagram post. He remained with the Los Angeles Rams throughout his entire 11-season career, contributing to their victory in Super Bowl LVI during the 2022 season.

Havenstein is retiring after a 2025 season limited to just seven games, marking the lowest total of his career. Across 148 career appearances, he was flagged for only 36 penalties. In 10 of his 11 seasons with the Rams, he participated in at least 97% of the team's offensive snaps each year, achieving a perfect 100% snap count in five of those campaigns.

Among offensive tackles with eight or more seasons of experience, Havenstein ranked sixth in the NFL for the lowest sack rate allowed. His existing contract was set to count $6.97 million against the salary cap for the 2026 season.
