Chelsea boss Liam Rosenior got the better of his former club Hull City, leading his team to a 4-0 win in the FA Cup fourth round. Pedro Neto stole the show with a hat-trick, while Estevao Willian also got on the scoresheet. Rosenior, who was sacked by Hull in 2024, described his return to East Yorkshire as “amazing.”

Neto's performance was instrumental in Chelsea's victory, with Liam Delap contributing three assists. The Portuguese forward scored his first goal just before half-time, then added two more in the second half to complete his hat-trick. Wrexham, meanwhile, secured a 1-0 win over Ipswich Town, with Josh Windass scoring the only goal.

Neto was the star of the show, scoring a hat-trick and showcasing his skills. He opened the scoring in the 40th minute with a tidy finish from a Liam Delap pass, before scoring a remarkable second directly from a corner.

Neto's third goal came after another Delap lay-off, making it four for Chelsea. Estevao also impressed, adding a third goal with great composure after earlier wasting a chance when he shot over the bar against Dillon Phillips.

Liam Delap had a frustrating first half, first seeing a clearance rebound off him against the bar, then failing to convert the follow-up. Despite being involved in several key moments, Delap couldn't find the net.

Hull City's resistance crumbled in the second half, with a flurry of substitutions and mounting frustration leading to bookings for John Lundstram and Joe Gelhardt. Chelsea capitalized on the momentum, with Neto and Estevao scoring four goals to seal a convincing win.

Lewis Koumas' stoppage-time effort hit the post, but it was little comfort for Hull City as Chelsea cruised to a 4-0 win, marking their eighth victory in 11 games under Liam Rosenior's management.

Wrexham secured a narrow 1-0 win over Ipswich Town in the FA Cup fourth round, with Josh Windass scoring the decisive goal in the 34th minute. The Welsh club defended resolutely, denying Ipswich a way back into the match and booking their place in the last 16 for the first time since 1996-97.

This victory marks a significant milestone for Wrexham, who are currently enjoying a remarkable run under the ownership of Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.
