Kane scores twice, including record-breaking 30th league goal, in Bayern's thrilling win over Dortmund...

Harry Kane made history by becoming the first player since 2001 to score multiple goals in four consecutive Bundesliga games, thanks to his brace in Bayern Munich's thrilling 3-2 win over Borussia Dortmund. This impressive feat helped Bayern Munich move 11 points clear at the top of the Bundesliga table.

The match was a crucial one, with the outcome likely to determine whether the Bundesliga title race would remain competitive heading into the final 10 games of the season. Kane's goals, including a penalty, helped Bayern Munich come back from a goal down to secure a vital win. Joshua Kimmich's late strike sealed the victory, putting Bayern Munich in a strong position to retain their title.

The game got intense early at Signal Iduna Park, with Michael Olise having the first clear chance. His left-footed strike was parried to safety by Gregor Kobel.

Dortmund's defense was tested again when Nico Schlotterbeck's tackle caught Josip Stanisic, but he got off with just a yellow card. Heart-in-mouth moment for the hosts.

The match kicked off in a cauldron-like atmosphere at Signal Iduna Park, with Michael Olise creating the first clear-cut chance. His left-footed strike was parried to safety by Gregor Kobel.

Dortmund's players had a collective gasp when Nico Schlotterbeck's studs-up challenge caught Josip Stanisic, but he escaped with just a yellow card.

The controversy around Schlotterbeck's yellow card seemed to simmer down, but he redeemed himself with a brilliant header from Daniel Svensson's free-kick, scoring for BVB in the 26th minute. This goal continued Dortmund's impressive streak of scoring in all 24 Bundesliga matches this season.

The match was intense, with Maximilian Beier's close-range shot blocked, denying Dortmund a chance to score. Bayern had dominated possession in the first half but struggled to create clear chances, making Jonathan Tah's superb challenge crucial in preventing Svensson from scoring.

Bayern's frustration was palpable as they struggled to convert their dominance into goals. However, Harry Kane's performance would change the game, scoring twice and setting up a thrilling comeback win for Bayern.

The visitors pressed forward in response, with Dayot Upamecano agonisingly close to sliding home Serge Gnabry’s ball at the far post.

However, Vincent Kompany’s side restored parity via a very familiar source when Kane coolly dispatched a left-footed strike after Gnabry nodded Joshua Kimmich’s lofted pass into the England captain’s path.

Dortmund pushed back, creating chances through Beier and Yan Couto, but their momentum was halted when Schlotterbeck was penalized for a foul on Stanisic. Kane stepped up, scoring from the spot to grab his 30th Bundesliga goal of the season.

Kane's penalty gave Bayern the lead, and it was a crucial moment in the game.

That broke his personal club record in a single season after netting 44 goals in 45 appearances last term.

However, just when it looked as though Kane would be the match-winner, Svensson’s incredible first-time left-footed volley from Marcel Sabitzer’s cross put the hosts back on level terms.

Bayern Munich snatched a thrilling 3-2 win over Borussia Dortmund, thanks to Joshua Kimmich's stunning 87th-minute volley. This goal ended Dortmund's 16-match unbeaten league run and dealt a significant blow to their title hopes, leaving them 11 points behind Bayern with 10 games remaining.

Kimmich's goal was the perfect ending to a pulsating Klassiker, with Harry Kane scoring twice for Bayern, including a penalty, and Daniel Svensson equalizing for Dortmund with a superb volley. Kane's performance was outstanding, and he now has 30 goals in 24 league games this season.
