Manchester City pulled off a thrilling 5-4 win over Fulham at Craven Cottage, with Erling Haaland scoring his 100th Premier League goal in just 111 games, breaking Alan Shearer's record. Haaland's strike was a blistering left-footed shot that left Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno stranded.
City looked to be cruising at 5-1, thanks to goals from Haaland, Tijjani Reijnders, Phil Foden (2), and an own goal from Sander Berge. However, Fulham staged an incredible comeback, scoring three goals in the second half, including a brace from Samuel Chukwueze, to make it 5-4. Despite the late pressure, City held on to secure a 19th consecutive win against Fulham.
They came within a whisker of the opener inside six minutes when Erling Haaland hit the post from a position where he would have expected to score.
However, the Norway international did not waste his next opening, sweeping home Jeremy Doku’s low cross for his 100th PL goal, becoming the fastest player to reach that milestone in just 111 games.
Emile Smith Rowe was Fulham's biggest threat, forcing Gianluigi Donnarumma into a low save before firing over. Haaland turned provider as half-time approached, feeding Tijjani Reijnders, but the Netherlands international chipped over the onrushing Bernd Leno.

The away side quickly made it 3-0 through Phil Foden's stunning strike from outside the box. Fulham got a glimmer of hope before halftime, courtesy of Smith Rowe's clever header, but it was clear City were in control.
Fulham kicked off an incredible comeback, with Samuel Chukwueze scoring his first Fulham goal, volleying into the corner with under 20 minutes left. The Nigerian international was on fire, scoring again with an arrowing finish into the corner after Donnarumma was exposed at a corner.
Fulham pushed hard for an equalizer, but Josh King's late chance was cleared off the line, denying them a historic comeback. Manchester City held on to win 5-4, securing four wins in their last five league games. This was Fulham's first loss in three games and their second home league defeat of the season.
