Thomas Tuchel has called up Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah and Manchester City goalkeeper James Trafford to England's squad for their final two World Cup qualifiers against Serbia and Albania. This decision comes after Newcastle United forward Anthony Gordon and keeper Nick Pope pulled out due to injury and concussion, respectively.


Chalobah, who made his England debut under Tuchel in June, could get another chance to play if Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi is ruled out due to a foot injury. Guehi is currently being assessed at Tottenham Hotspur's training ground. England has already secured their spot in the 2026 World Cup, and they'll look to finish their group campaign with a 100% record.
