The brawl started with a scuffle involving Blooming players and Oruro's Sebastian Zeballos and Julio Vila, quickly escalating into a massive fight that required police intervention with pepper spray.
The altercation involved both clubs' staff, including Oruro coach Marcelo Robledo, who was hospitalized with head and shoulder injuries. Blooming fared worse, with seven players sent off, while Oruro had four players ejected. The other six red cards were given to the teams' backroom staff, including the Oruro coach.
The match was marred by violence, with several people injured, including a Blooming official who suffered a fractured cheekbone. The incident is under review by Bolivia's disciplinary authorities, with heavy sanctions expected.

Oruro shared a photo on Instagram showing Robledo in hospital after Tuesday's brawl. The incident led to four of their players getting red cards.
Blooming had an even worse disciplinary record, with seven players sent off – six of those came after the brawl started. The teams' backroom staff also received six red cards, including Oruro's coach.
Blooming posted a video on Instagram saying one of their security staff had surgery for a fractured cheekbone after the brawl.
Blooming moved to the semi-finals, winning 4-3 on aggregate. They'll face Club Bolivar, last year's Bolivian champions, in the semis.
