Bayern Munich's perfect start to the season continued with a 4-1 victory over Koln in the German Cup second round, extending their winning streak to a record-breaking 14 matches across all competitions.

Harry Kane scored twice, including a goal in the 64th minute that put Bayern up 3-1, as they came from behind to defeat Koln. Luis Diaz and Michael Olise also scored for Bayern, while Ragnar Ache had opened the scoring for the hosts.

The win sets up a tough test for Bayern next week, as they travel to face defending Champions League winners Paris St Germain in the Champions League group stage.

Bayern needed just five minutes to turn the game around when Luis Diaz scored on the rebound to level, although it seemed he might have been offside, but VAR wasn't available in Cup games.

Top scorer Kane then completed their comeback with a sensational second goal in the 38th minute. The England captain received the ball with his back to the goal, turned, and curled a left-footed shot into the top corner.

Diaz had a golden opportunity to seal the win in the 53rd minute, but he fired high over the bar when he had only the Koln keeper to beat.

Kane made up for Diaz's miss 11 minutes later, heading in a corner kick to seal the win and score his 22nd goal in 14 matches for Bayern this season.

Michael Olise sealed the victory with a tap-in goal in the 72nd minute, courtesy of an assist from Diaz.

Bayern's 4-1 win marked a historic milestone, making them the first European side to start their season with 14 consecutive wins.
