Marseille staged a stunning comeback to secure their first away win of the season, defeating Strasbourg 2-1 at Stade de la Meinau. This victory marked their first head-to-head win over Strasbourg since 2022, propelling them to the top of the Ligue 1 table.


Despite Strasbourg's strong defensive record at home this season, Marseille's early pressure threatened to breach their defense. A Timothy Weah shot deflected off Mamadou Sarr, with Mike Penders making a crucial save, only to gift Amine Gouiri the ball, who unfortunately missed the target
