The top three teams - Ilves, Inter Turku, and KuPS - are separated by just one point. Ilves leads the league table but faces a tough challenge against HJK tomorrow. KuPS's win over Gnistan has put them within a point of the top spot, while Inter Turku's loss to SJK has complicated their title aspirations.

KTP's win over AC Oulu has tightened the relegation battle, with KTP now only ahead of Haka on goal difference. AC Oulu's survival is almost confirmed, but Haka and KTP are fighting to avoid direct relegation or secure a relegation playoff spot. With two rounds of Relegation Group matches left, the battle between Haka and KTP is heating up.

SJK took advantage of their home ground to take an early lead against FC Inter. Just eight minutes into the match, Alenis Vargas' firm strike was deflected past the goalkeeper by Elias Mastokangas, putting SJK ahead.

FC Inter's troubles deepened 10 minutes before halftime when Murilo set up Armaan Wilson to score, giving SJK a 2-0 lead. Although Jussi Niska pulled one back for FC Inter 11 minutes after the restart, the Turku side couldn't find an equalizer despite having ample time.

SJK's 2-1 win kept them in fifth place, marking their first victory in four matches. For FC Inter, the loss meant they won only two of their last six games, complicating their title aspirations.

KuPS secured a convincing 4-0 victory over Gnistan, positioning them to potentially draw level with Inter Turku on 50 points. If KuPS can capitalize on their momentum, they'll move within one point of the Tampere side. Gnistan's sixth-place finish in the Championship Group seems all but certain, given their performance.

After the break, Jerry Voutilainen set up the third goal, but Petteri Pennanen still had work to do before scoring effortlessly in the 72nd minute.

Petteri Pennanen's goal was followed by Piotr Parzyszek's strike four minutes later, making it 4-0 for KuPS. Parzyszek has now scored in three consecutive league games.

KuPS secured a 4-0 win, earning two consecutive victories. Meanwhile, Gnistan remains with 28 points, having lost all their Championship Group matches so far.

VPS secured a 1-0 win over Haka on Friday night, thanks to Maissa Fall's near-post header from Alfie Cicale's corner in the 10th minute. This result kept VPS in seventh place, with their survival already confirmed.

Haka's loss extended their winless streak to 12 matches, leaving them in 11th place on 17 points. Although they still occupy the Relegation Playoff spot, they're now only ahead of last-placed KTP on goal difference after KTP's 2-0 win over AC Oulu.

KTP took advantage of Oulu's confirmed survival status, securing a 2-0 win. Rangel broke the deadlock from the penalty spot early in the second half, giving KTP the lead.

KTP sealed the win with 15 minutes remaining when Aaro Toivonen's pass found Joni Makela, ending the visitors' seven-match losing streak.

The result sets up a direct battle between Haka and KTP over the final two rounds, determining who will be relegated automatically and who will have a chance to save themselves in the Relegation Playoff.
