Mjallby is on the cusp of making history, with a potential first-ever Allsvenskan title within reach as early as next week. Their lead at the top of the table has grown to 11 points after securing a 1-0 win away at Brommapojkarna. Halmstad's surprise 1-0 victory over Hammarby has further bolstered Mjallby's position.


Despite showing signs of pressure after a 1-1 draw against struggling Oster, where narrow victories had become a trend, Mjallby demonstrated resilience. They struggled to break through in the first half against Brommapojkarna, who have been inconsistent lately. However, things took a turn when Uba Charles was sent off early in the second half for Mjallby. This setback surprisingly galvanized the team.

In a crucial match for European spot contention, GAIS took an early lead against AIK Stockholm. Amin Boudri skillfully maneuvered past defenders and delivered a precise pass to Ibrahim Diabate, who calmly slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving GAIS the advantage in the contest for a European spot.


A goal initially put the Gothenburg side, Hacken, into third place. However, their lead was short-lived as AIK responded strongly after halftime.


Seven minutes into the second half, AIK's Bersant Celina scored a stunning equalizer. Värnamo had a strong showing, led by Ajdin Veljkovic, who scored both of Värnamo's goals. Despite their efforts, Malmö FF managed to come from behind and win the match 3-2, thanks to goals from Emmanuel Ekong and Pontus Jansson around the break.


Malmo FF finally broke through with 18 minutes remaining, securing a crucial victory with Anders Christiansen's stunning 25-yard curling shot into the bottom corner. This win marked their first three points in the league in over six weeks, boosting their standings.


The loss was heartbreaking for Varnamo, exacerbating their relegation fears. They now trail 13th-placed Sirius by 14 points and Oster, who occupy the playoff spot, by 10 points. The situation looks grim, especially since both Sirius and Oster have a game in hand, giving them more opportunities to widen the gap.


Degerfors secured a crucial 2-1 win away at Elfsborg, significantly boosting their survival chances. This victory marked their second win in as many matches, with Dijan Vukojevic scoring both goals in the first half.


Elfsborg's woes continued as they extended their winless league run to seven games. Despite Per Frick's consolation goal, they couldn't overcome the damage done by Vukojevic's early strikes, leaving them in a tough spot. Degerfors now sits level on points with Oster, giving them a glimmer of hope in their relegation battle.


Hacken edged closer to safety with a 2-0 win over Norrkoping. This victory lifted them above their opponents on goal difference and gave them a seven-point cushion over the relegation zone.


The deadlock was broken early in the second half when Max Watson scored an unfortunate own goal for Hacken. The win was sealed when Isak Brusberg scored in the 72nd minute, doubling Hacken's advantage and securing all three points.
