Jude Bellingham scored his first Dortmund goal as the German giants edged out Mamelodi Sundowns in a thrilling 4-3 win at the FIFA Club World Cup.

Sundowns' lead was short-lived, as Ronwen Williams' error gifted Felix Nmecha the ball, and the Dortmund midfielder capitalized with a clinical finish from 12 yards out, equalizing just five minutes later.
Dortmund completed the comeback before halftime, with Serhou Guirassy heading in at the back post to give his side the lead. Momentum firmly in their favor, Dortmund sealed the breakthrough just before the break as Jobe Bellingham scored his first goal for the club.

Sundowns persisted in their pursuit of a comeback despite trailing by two goals. However, Dortmund extended their lead when Daniel Svensson's cross deflected off Khuliso Mudau into his own net.
The match's unpredictable nature continued as Sundowns scored again midway through the second half, Iqraam Rayners slotting in a goal to reduce the deficit to two goals.

Despite the dramatic late goal, Dortmund held on for a 4-3 win, securing a welcome result after their earlier draw. The Bundesliga side now has one foot in the last 16.
