Ukraine had a promising chance to take the lead, with Vladyslav Vanat narrowly missing the target with a left-footed effort after beating a defender, but Denmark ultimately overcame their slow start to secure a comeback victory.
Unai Melgosa's team took the lead shortly after Vanat's missed chance when Oleg Ochereretko's shot was cleverly poked over the line by Nazar Voloshyn from close range, finding the far bottom-left corner.

The goal would prove to be the last significant moment before halftime, as both teams struggled to break down each other's defenses, with neither side creating many clear-cut opportunities.
Denmark came alive in the second half, and their persistence paid off just after the hour mark. Substitute Clement Bischoff scored the equalizer, calmly firing into the bottom-left corner after receiving Anton Gaaei's cross.

Ukraine restored their lead with about 10 minutes left, as Maksym Bragaru scored with a beautifully bent first-time shot from the edge of the penalty area. However, Denmark equalized just three minutes later when William Bøving's strike deflected off a defender and into the net.
The game's momentum shifted dramatically with only two minutes remaining, as William Osula poked home from close range, giving Denmark their first lead and securing a 3-2 victory. This win puts Denmark at the top of Group D ahead of Finland's match against the Netherlands later in the evening.
