Borussia Dortmund secured a dramatic 3-2 win over Hoffenheim, keeping their Champions League hopes alive. Waldemar Anton scored the winning goal in stoppage time, marking the club's fifth consecutive away win over Hoffenheim.
Serhou Guirassy continued his impressive form, scoring within 20 minutes. Initially ruled out for offside, VAR confirmed he was level with the last defender, and Guirassy celebrated Dortmund's opener. However, he missed a penalty when Oliver Baumann made a crucial save, diving low to his left and denying Guirassy from 12 yards.
Hoffenheim thought they'd quickly capitalized on Oliver Baumann's penalty save when Anton Stach scored just before halftime. However, the goal was disallowed due to offside, disappointing the home fans.
The hosts persisted and eventually leveled the score when Adam Hlozek scored just past the hour mark. Hlozek neatly controlled the ball on his chest before unleashing a powerful shot that Gregor Kobel couldn't stop, finding the back of the net and restoring parity in the match.

Hlozek's equalizer was short-lived as Dortmund regained the lead through Brandt's stunning volley. Brandt showcased his technical skill by volleying Svensson's deep cross into the far corner, giving the visitors a 2-1 lead.
However, Dortmund thought they'd blown their chance when Pavel Kaderabek headed in a dramatic equalizer in stoppage time. Fortunately, Waldemar Anton scored the winner, coolly slotting the ball home after a VAR review confirmed there was no foul in the build-up.
The win moved Dortmund to within three points of the top four, while Hoffenheim remained in 15th place, five points above the relegation zone.
