Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech has joined Al-Duhail, a Qatar Stars League club, on a free transfer after parting ways with Galatasaray. The 31-year-old will play under the guidance of Christophe Galtier, the former manager of Paris Saint-Germain.

The Qatar Stars League club officially announced Ziyech's signing, stating, “Al-Duhail Sports Club succeeded in obtaining the signature of Moroccan international player Hakim Ziyech.” This move marks a new chapter in Ziyech's career, following his stint with Galatasaray.

Ziyech initially joined Galatasaray on loan from Chelsea in August 2023, before making the move permanent in the close season. During his time with Chelsea, he won the Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup. Additionally, Ziyech played a crucial role in leading Morocco to the semi-finals of the 2022 World Cup.
