Royal Couple Meets Nigeria's Top General in Private Meeting
Prince Harry and Meghan met with CDS General Musa behind closed doors
The Chief of Defence Staff, CDS General SG Musa, and the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, are currently having a private meeting at the Defence Headquarters, DHQ, Abuja.
Following the guests' meeting with the CDS, their host, an official announcement is anticipated.
Following Nigeria's first-ever participation at the 2023 Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany, Prince Harry accepted an offer from the military high command to visit the country.
On Thursday, the DHQ disclosed that their trip to Nigeria would center around interacting with the country's injured and wounded soldiers as well as their families.
The couple will go to Kaduna to visit the Nigerian Army Reference Hospital, which houses injured and wounded troops while they heal medically, following their meeting with the CDS.
