TRANSFER: Transfer Speculations Surround Osimhen's Future

Osimhen signed a new contract with Napoli in December, but he still courted media attention about his future.

The Serie A team has cleverly included a €130 million buyout clause in the 25-year-old's contract, which has him linked to a summer departure.

The Nigerian striker, who has already declared that he knows where he will play next season, is being closely watched by Chelsea, PSG, Arsenal, and a few Saudi clubs.

Speculation that Osimhen might leave Napoli in the summer have also gained traction thanks to recent remarks made by Super Eagles captain William Troost-Ekong.

Regarding the striker's protracted transfer drama, the defender said in an interview with Sky Sports Live: “Where will Osimhen play next year? I know, but I am unable to express it.”

Osimhen has started each of Napoli's last two games against Barcelona and Cagliari. He has also scored in both games, since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2024).

The 25-year-old has been involved in 10 goals and six assists in 20 matches in all competitions this season.
