To fully implement the recommendations of the Oronsaye report, President Tinubu has ordered the immediate dissolution of numerous agencies.

The Stephen Oronsaye panel's report on civil service reform was mandated to be implemented by President Bola Tinubu on Monday, February 26. Goldmynetv's report summarizes the committee's recommendations regarding the elimination, reduction, merger, and revision of certain MDAS.

The report by Steve Oronsaye has drawn a lot of attention.

The creation, execution, oversight, and assessment of governance objectives and goals, as well as their ongoing maintenance, are significantly aided by the civil service.

Successive administrations have established a number of committees over the years in an attempt to reduce the number of federal Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), but to no avail.

The report of the 2014 National Conference has also received a lot of attention, but the 1999 Ahmed Joda Report on Streamlining and Rationalization of Poverty Alleviation Institutions and Agencies has received less attention. The reports by Ahmed Joda and Steve Oronsaye are equally significant.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo established the Ahmed Joda's Panel in June 1999. One of the Panel's responsibilities was to examine the causes of the current establishments' ineffective and inefficient performance.

Former President Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan GCFR opened the 2014 National Conference on March 17, 2014, in Abuja, Nigeria.
