Economic Hardship: Patient With My Father — President Tinubu’s Daughter Appeals To Nigerians
Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, daughter of President Bola Tinubu, says the current economic hardship is not peculiar to Nigeria.
Alhaja Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, the daughter of President Bola Tinubu and the lyaloja general of Lagos State, has urged Nigerians to exercise patience in the face of the country's economic hardship.
She urged the populace to hold onto their hope, pointing out that the economic downturn is not unique to Nigeria but rather a worldwide phenomenon. At the Aljamahatul Qadiriyyah Islamic Movement's 2024 Mawlid Nabiyy in Lagos State, Tinubu-Ojo spoke with reporters.
The turbaned General Lyaloja Adinni of Qadiriyyah, known for her contributions to the advancement of Islam in Nigeria and throughout Africa, gave Nigerians the assurance that her father was making efforts to alleviate the hardships faced by the country.
“My message to all Nigerians is to please exercise a little more patience. Everything will be alright; it's just a matter of time. We need to keep our hope alive. There is an economic downturn all over the world, and not in Nigeria alone. But we pray Allah will see us through.”
