US actor Christian Oliver and his two daughters died in a plane crash near a tiny private island in the eastern Caribbean

The tiny aircraft crashed into the waters off Bequia, which is part of St Vincent, killing pilot Robert Sachs and German actor Christian Klepser, 51, also known by his stage name Christian Oliver. Madita, 10, and Annik, 12, were his daughters.

Authorities say that when disaster struck, the single-engine aircraft was taking off from F Mitchell Airport and traveling to St Lucia, which is nearby. One video appears to have an eyewitness saying, “The plane crashed, call the Coast Guard.”

Only a few weeks have passed since a father and his daughter perished in a single-engine plane crash while traveling together in the morning.

When the tiny Beechcraft 35 plane crashed in Giles County, Tennessee, James Blalock, 78, and his daughter Jenny Blalock, 45, were the only people on board.

The victims' identities were verified by the Giles County Office of Emergency Management as being those of James Blalock, 78, and Jenny Blalock, 45, his daughter.

When it crashed, the plane was traveling from Knoxville's Downtown Island Home Airport to Pulaski Airport.

With over sixty entries in his acting profile, Christian had starred in major motion pictures such as Speed Racer and Valkyrie. He also recently landed a part in the most recent Indiana Jones film.
