Aiyedatiwa Goes Back To Akure And Becomes The Acting Governor Of Ondo
The Ondo State House of Assembly has declared Lucky Aiyedatiwa as acting governor of the state
Lucky Aiyedatiwa, the acting governor of Ondo state, has returned to Akure, the state capital.
Ifedayo Abegunde, a former secretary to the state government, and other supporters received him.
Earlier in the day, the Ondo House of Assembly formally recognized Aiyedatiwa as the state's acting governor.
Following the receipt of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu's letter regarding his medical leave I, the Assembly recognized Aiyedatiwa as acting governor.
