Supreme Court Upholds Tinubu's Victory

President Bola Tinubu's victory in the presidential election conducted on February 25 was affirmed by the Supreme Court on Thursday.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar sought an appeal, but the Supreme Court ruled that it was without merit.

Atiku filed a request with the court to reverse the ruling of the presidential election petition tribunal, which upheld Tinubu's election to the office of president.
