Senate Approves Olukoyode And Hamajoda For The Positions Of Chairman And Secretary Of The EFCC
The nominations of Ola Olukogede and Mohammed Hamajoda to lead the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, or EFCC, as its chairman and secretary, respectively, have been approved by the Senate.
Halima Shehu's appointment as the CEO of the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA) was also revealed alongside the couple.
A few months after the president suspended the previous head of the anti-graft organization, Abdulrasheed Bawa, Olukoyede was appointed as the EFCC's acting chairman.
