This season, Osimhen has been in exceptional form for the Italian team, drawing interest from some of the top clubs in Europe.
The Nigerian international helped Napoli win their first league title in 33 years this season with 28 goals in 35 games across all competitions.
Osimhen is valued at more over £100 million by Napoli, and according to Wright, a move to Chelsea from Stamford Bridge "would not surprise me."
On his Ringer FC podcast, Wright stated: "I wonder where he's going to end up? It wouldn't surprise me if it was Chelsea. Chelsea are going to try and get him I think."
Additionally, Wright commented on Lukaku's potential return to Chelsea, saying, "There are rumors that Mauricio Pochettino wants him back.
"He's got unfinished business here, he's got massive unfinished business here. If I was him, I would love to know I'm going back there and I can shut a few people up. He's got to do that. He owes it to himself to try."
