Redknapp instructs Ashley Cole To Help Chelsea Player Improve

Former Liverpool player Jamie Redknapp has advised Chelsea legend Ashley Cole to focus on his work, paying close attention to the development of rookie defender Lewis Hall in particular.

The youngster's'very awful defending' during Thursday's 4-1 loss to Manchester United was criticized by Chelsea icon Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

Jadon Sancho of Manchester United rushed into the area at one point, and the kid failed to stop him, which resulted in one of the goals.
