Jamie Foxx is still in the hospital, and friends, admirers, and concerned citizens are urging them to pray for his recovery

On April 11th, the Oscar winner was reportedly transported to the hospital after suffering a stroke.

Some fans may be surprised by Jamie's request for assistance, given Jamie's other pal Nick Cannon appeared to be on the mend when he spoke to Entertainment Tonight on April 23. "I'm praying, man. I posted on Instagram, you see. I've practically been praying out loud. "Words of encouragement for my big brother," he remarked. "I know he's doing much better because I'm about to do something special for him and a favor for him." Although he did not elaborate on the "favor," it appeared that Nick had discussed it with Jamie directly.
