Chelsea players were bickering on the substitutes' bench, according to Arsenal veteran Emmanuel Petit, after their 3-1 loss to Arsenal on Tuesday night.
It was Frank Lampard's team's sixth straight defeat since the Englishman returned to the club as interim manager.
Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard scored twice, while Gabriel Jesus' predatory strike condemned Chelsea to another defeat.
Petit was concerned by the actions of numerous Blues stars, who spent the second half rowing on the bench.
No manager, he claims, can change anything at Stamford Bridge right now, even if the club's owners employ the top 20 coaches in the world.
He stated that the only option, as many commentators and even some Chelsea players have stated, is for some of the squad members to depart this summer.
