Giroud Begged Chelsea's Star To Join Him Ac Milan
Olivier Giroud, a striker for AC Milan, has urged Christian Pulisic, a former teammate of his at Chelsea, to sign with the Serie A giants this summer.
According to Giroud, Pulisic is well-known in Europe and would support AC Milan.
As a result of Todd Boehly, the club's co-owner, going on an incredible £600 million spending binge over the past 12 months, many Chelsea players are expected to be sold this summer.
Giroud also expects AC Milan will sign Pulisic as a result of Chelsea's purge.
"I think everyone would like it," Giroud said on the prospect of Pulisic joining AC Milan.
"He is a big name in Europe, so that would help us. He's that kind of player with great skills, with great talent.
"He's a cheerful boy, always smiling, and we laughed a lot together.
"Our understanding on the pitch was also excellent, a bit like with Eden Hazard, even though I played less with Christian. We knew how to find each other."
