'WITHDRAW YOUR PETITION' CHIMAROKE NNAMANI TO PETER OBI

"It is dead on arrival..."

Senator Chimaroke Nnamani, the federal legislator representing Enugu East, has urged Peter Obi, the Labor Party's presidential candidate in the last election, to withdraw his suit against President-Elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Nnamani, who made the request in a series of tweets on Sunday, encouraged Peter Obi to join Tinubu in the job of remaking Nigeria.

Obi, he claims, lacks both spread and national appeal to win the presidential election, and his case is doomed from the start.

He called Obi's actions with his petition "bad belle, petulance, and demarketing Tinubu."

"His petition is dead on arrival. He does not have the spread or national appeal. His appeal to non-electoral matters is to demarket the President- elect and besmirch his reputation.

"He does not have near spread and national appeal. His petition is ego- driven, a joke carried too far. His attempt to highlight non electoral issues is trying to embarrass the President-elect."

He went on to say that Peter Obi should get off his high horse and allow calm minds to negotiate for a safe landing on behalf of the Igbo and South East.
