UEL: TEN HAG DISCUSSES REPLACING DE GEA FOLLOWING BLUNDERS IN A 3-0 LOSS AGAINST SEVILLA

Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, has responded to the topic of David De Gea's future at Old Trafford.

Manchester United were defeated 3-0 by Sevilla in the second leg of the Europa League quarter-final on Thursday evening because to De Gea's errors.

De Gea had a nightmare night, contributing to all three goals scored by the Spanish team.

Many experts believe Ten Hag will hunt for another goalkeeper with stronger feet, since the 32-year-old appears to be struggling to play from the back.

De Gea's contract is set to expire at the conclusion of the season, and there have been calls for him to be replaced.

However, following yesterday night's setback, Ten Hag was questioned if De Gea is United's long-term goalkeeper.

The Dutchman said, "He is the one with the most clean sheets in the Premier League.

"So it shows he's a very capable goalkeeper."
