IGBOS ARE NO LONGER NEEDED IN NIGERIA AND ARE RECEIVING UNFAIR TREATMENT — IPOB

Igbos are not wanted in Nigeria, according to recent events, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) claimed on Sunday.

The treatment of Igbos, according to IPOB spokesman Emma Powerful, is unfair.

Powerful bemoaned the fact that security forces permitted Shi'ites to demonstrate freely in Aba, Abia State, yet attacked their members.

Recently, a combined security force in Aba is said to have killed numerous IPOB supporters who were rallying for Nnamdi Kanu's release.

In a statement, Strong said: "It is now on record that Ndigbo are not wanted in Nigeria due to the hatred shown to us. We must organize ourselves immediately and leave Nigeria for the other nationalities who are allowed to act freely in Nigeria."

He pointed out that the Nigerian government's actions had demonstrated that Igbos were not wanted in the nation.
