Iorfa was recently caught in a viral video manhandling a lady.
In the video, he is seen flogging the lady who is supposed to be his younger sister with a belt. In the video, the young lady later faints.
Many others called for his arrest after seeing the video.
Lorfa was later caught by men from the Benue State Police Command.
During his detention, he reportedly pleaded that he was suffering from a "spiritual attack" that had him unable to understand what he was doing.
He claimed he was "surprised" to see himself in the viral video assaulting his younger sister.
Catherine Anene, the Public Relations Officer for the Benue State Police, confirmed his arrest to MON DIARIES on Tuesday morning.
She, on the other hand, stated that he has yet to be interrogated.
"Yes, that is true (he has been arrested). But for the claims about what he said, I haven't spoken with him. When I speak with him, I will get back to you," the PPRO said.
