GANDUJE BEGS FORGIVENESS AND HOLDS THE NEW KANO GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE FOR CONTINUITY


Ganduje begs forgiveness and holds the new Kano government accountable for continuity.


Governor Abdullahi Ganduje has claimed that he has no grudges against anyone as his term comes to an end on May 29.


Muhammad Garba, the Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs, signed the Kano helmsman's Eid el Fitr greeting.

The former Deputy Governor stated that he has every reason to praise Allah after serving in the administration for more than two decades.


He stated that he had forgiven people who had hurt him and urged those he had offended to "repay the favor" by forgiving him.


The governor urged the new administration to complete projects started by his predecessor.


Ganduje stated that government is about continuity, which is why every project funded by taxpayers must be completed.


The governor urged Muslim believers to, "imbibe the lessons of Ramadan which teaches love and support for one another."


According to Garba's message, Kano and Nigeria require passionate prayers for peace and development.
