Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has threatened to "kill" any of his players who are fearful of Wednesday's Premier League match at Manchester City.

The Gunners are five points clear of City going into the game.

The champions, on the other hand, have two superb games remaining and can seize control of the title race with a victory at the Etihad.

Arteta is confident his squad can win big at the Etihad, but he emphasizes that they must be prepared for the biggest game of their season.

When asked if he was concerned about his players being stifled at City, he answered, "No. And if they do, I will just say: 'I will kill them.'

"And I don't want that at all."
