1. The Kebbi State governorship election has been declared inconclusive by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The commission pronounced the election in Kebbi inconclusive due to widespread cancellation and over-voting in 20 of the state's 21 local government units.


2. Dapo Abiodun of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been declared the winner of Saturday's governorship election in Ogun State by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). After collating results from all 20 LGs in the state, the Returning Officer, Prof Kayode Adebowale, declared him the winner.


3. Ahmed Aliyu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Sokoto, has been declared the winner of the 2023 elections. Aliyu defeated his Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) opponent, Sa'idu Umar Ubandoma.


4. Peter Nweke, the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ezza North Local Government Area, who was allegedly beaten by thugs loyal to the ruling All Progressives Congress in Ebonyi State, has died. Nweke reportedly died as a result of injuries sustained in hoodlum attacks on Saturday during the elections.


5. Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Governor of Lagos State and All Progressives Congress candidate, was proclaimed the victor of the governorship election held on Saturday, March 18.


6. Ahmed Lawan, the Speaker of the Yobe State House of Assembly and a lawmaker since 2003, was sacked from the Nguru II Constituency seat by Lawan Musa, the Peoples Democratic Party's 36-year-old candidate.


7. Yola, the Adamawa state capital, is in disarray as political thugs and miscreants unleashed terror, attacks, and other criminal tendencies on citizens in response to INEC's failure to declare the governorship election results. The trouble started at INEC's Collation Center shortly after the Returning Officer, Professor Mohammed Mele, stated that the results will be declared on Monday morning.


8. The Labour Party (LP) has claimed that it was cheated out of governorship elections in Abia and Enugu states. It also alleged that the election for Edo State House of Assembly seats was manipulated, claiming that it was evaluating the polls and putting evidence of breaches in place to identify and expose all democratic criminals.


9. Thugs stormed the Obingwa Local Government Area (LGA) office in Abia State on Sunday evening, the location of the collation center for the Gubernatorial and State Assembly elections. On Sunday evening, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) issued an alert via Twitter.


10. The collation officer for Kura LGA in Kano state, Professor Muhammad Yushau, fell yesterday at the gate to the Independent National Election Commission, INEC, headquarters and was transported to an unidentified hospital.
