SUPER EAGLES' CAMP NOW HAS 12 PLAYERS

The Super Eagles have 12 players in camp ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification doubleheader against Guinea-Bissau.


The team's training officially commenced on Monday morning.


Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Joe Aribo, Semi Ajayi, Ademola Lookman and Kevin Akpoguma were among the early arrivals at the team's John Woods Hotel base.


Kenneth Omeruo of Leganes arrived in camp on Monday afternoon to bring the total to 12.


The remaining 11 players are still on the way.


The Super Eagles will hold their first formal training session later this evening at the Moshood Abiola Stadium practice pitch in Abuja.


Akpoguma, Aribo, Iheanacho, Lookman, Iwobi, Ajayi, Aniagboso, Uzoho, Ndidi, Bameyi, and Omeruo are among the players at camp.
