FUNKE AKINDELE REMOVES POLITICAL POSTS FROM HIS INSTAGRAM PAGE
Funke Akindele, the Peoples Democratic Party's deputy governorship candidate in Lagos State, has erased all posts about politics and the PDP from her Instagram feed.
Our correspondent discovered on Monday that the posts displayed on her page of 15.7 million followers were for her movie marketing and other personal updates.
In Saturday's election, Akindele and her principal, Abdul-Azeez Adediran alias Jandor, were beaten by the incumbent governor and All Progressives Congress candidate, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
