PDP REPS ARE DEFEATED BY LP CANDIDATES IN ENUGU'S SEVEN CONSTITUENCIES
The Labour Party has won seven seats in the House of Representatives in Enugu State
The party won the election for the Nsukka/Igbo-Eze South Federal Constituency, according to MON DIARIES earlier.
Prof. Paul Nnamchi defeated the incumbent Rep. Cornelius Nnaji in Enugu East/Isi-Uzo, one of the other Federal Constituencies gained by the Labour Party.
In both Enugu North and South, it is the same. Offor Chukwuegbo of the PDP Reps was defeated by Chimaobi Atu of the LP.
The LP also won the Igbo-Etiti/Uzo-Uwani Reps seat in other results.
Martins Oke, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, was beaten by Nwodo Chijioke of the LP.
The winner for the Igbo-Eze North/Udenu Federal Constituency was Mr. Dennis Agbo of the LP.

Agbo, who served in the Green Chamber from 2015 to 2019, garnered 28870 votes, defeating Atigwe Simon, a current PDP Rep, who received 14229 votes.
Aninri/Awgu/Oji River, as well as Udi/Ezeagu also went to LP. Festus Uzor, a former Chief of Staff to the Enugu State Governor, lost the election.
