Popular music artist Davido Adeleke, also known as Davido, wed his lover Chioma Rowland in a traditional ceremony.

Popular blog Gistlovers first reported this information. According to the blog, the conventional wedding ceremony was conducted covertly.

The couple's difficult two weeks following the death of their son Ifeanyi Adeleke are no longer a surprise.

Ifeanyi reportedly drowned on Monday in a swimming pool at the singer's residence in Banana Island, Lagos, according to The Next Edition.

Three days after his third birthday, the boy passed away.

Few family friends attended the traditional wedding, which was held at the Singer's father's home without a camera being allowed.

The blog claims that Chioma's bridal price has been fully covered.

According to The Next Edition, Davido had pledged to wed Chioma the next year, but their son died soon after the news broke.

The customary wedding took place on November 6.

Their registration marriage will reportedly take place in a few days, according to reports.
