KOGI AND DANGOTE SAGA

Here is a synopsis of the current events involving the Kogi Government and Dangote Cement

Following a technical committee investigation, Kogi reported that Dangote had illegally acquired the cement company from Kogi and had broken several agreements, including one involving the 10% equity of the shares. Tax fraud and disputed ownership.
