PRESIDENT BUHARI ARRIVES IN IMO STATE TO COMMISSION PROJECTS DESPITE AN IPOB SIT-IN ORDER
President Muhammadu Buhari arrived in Imo State on Tuesday morning, September 13, to commission projects completed by Governor Hope Uzodimma's administration.
The President arrived at the Sam Mbakwe Cargo Airport at 11 a.m. and was greeted by Governor Uzodimma and other state leaders.
He is in Owerri to commission the Okigwe and Orlu roads, as well as the rehabilitated House of Assembly Complex.
His visit coincides with the Indigenous People of Biafra issuing a sit-in order in the south-east (IPOB).
