COURT ORDERS ASUU TO RETURN TO WORK

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) was ordered by the National Industrial Court to return to work.

In a lawsuit, the Federal Government requested that ASUU end its seven-month strike.

According to reports, the Federal Government's Minister of Labour and Employment filed the matter before the court as a referral to resolve the issue of ASUU's ongoing strike.
