Security challenges in Katsina State have taken a new dimension as bandits now use walkie talkies alter Telecomms shutdown in the state.

Secretary to the Government of Katsina State, Mustapha Inuwa, said the bandits have been unrelenting in circumventing the security measures devised to curb their activities.
