NIGERIAN FRIES

In Nigeria the taste that comes with buying "Fries" from the local market woman or the street vendor is different.

It used to be 2 or 3 naira then until it became ten naira for one. Yet something draws you back to buying from them. It is the taste.

The texture of a food that needs to be chewed thoroughly before swallowing. Can be light and bouncy or heavy and sticky.

If you were to visit any part of Nigeria, do make sure to try one of them.

I particularly like the Yam. The flavor is out of this world. What's your favorite?
