Chelsea have announced that Pedro Neto has signed a new contract, extending his stay at the club until 2032.
Neto’s previous deal was due to expire in 2031. The winger has added one more year and, according to reports, received a significant pay rise as he continues to impress under Xabi Alonso.
Neto has started every game under new boss Xabi Alonso this season. He has made 108 appearances for Chelsea in total, with 40 goal contributions.
On signing the new deal as the club rewards his form, Neto said he is excited for what lies ahead during an exciting period for the team.
“It’s an unbelievable moment. From the day I arrived, the people here have helped me so much. I feel at home and I want to achieve more here.”
“I have had some good moments here as a group and as an individual, and now I want to have more of those moments. I’m really excited because I think we can achieve a lot of things together.”
Neto becomes the third Chelsea player to sign a new deal in 2026, following Moises Caicedo and Joao Pedro. Alonso is clearly determined to keep hold of the club’s top talent, and supporters will be delighted to see Neto commit to the project.
